Store ID, staff display name, hashed staff PIN, verification timestamps, masked voucher refs (e.g., XXXX-XXXX-*), device/browser info, basic telemetry (errors, performance).

Why

Security, audit trail, fraud prevention, payouts, support.

Retention

Verification logs for up to 24 months (or as legally required).

Sharing

Service providers (cloud, analytics, support), law enforcement when required. We do not sell data.
