Your Consent to Electronic Communications

By checking the box and submitting your application, you agree to receive and sign communications electronically from LectriCash, Inc. This includes:

• Application approvals and status updates
• Site Partner Terms and any amendments
• Policy notices and operational updates
• Payment and settlement statements
• Security alerts and fraud notifications
• Other service-related communications

How Electronic Communications Work

Electronic communications will be sent to the email address you provided in your application. You agree that:

• Electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as paper documents
• You will maintain a valid email address for receiving communications
• You will promptly update your email if it changes
• You will check your email regularly for important notices

System Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you need:

• A device with internet access
• A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• An active email account
• Sufficient storage to save or print documents
• PDF reader for viewing attachments

Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by emailing support@lectricash.com

However, please note:

• Some features may require electronic records to function properly
• Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain services
• We may still send legally required notices electronically

Requesting Paper Copies

If you need a paper copy of any electronic communication, contact us at support@lectricash.com and we will mail it to the address on file. There may be a reasonable fee for this service.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. You can update your contact information by:

• Logging into your store dashboard and updating your profile
• Emailing us at support@lectricash.com
