1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LectriCash platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account vouchers and for restricting access to your devices.

• You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your voucher codes.
• You acknowledge that specific hardware (EV Chargers) connected to our network is subject to physical constraints and we are not liable for hardware failure.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LectriCash and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LectriCash be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
