Do I need a bank account or credit card to use LectriCash?
No. You can load your LectriCash card with cash or debit at participating stores and then use the card to pay for charging.
Can I reload the same card more than once?
Some locations allow reloads and others sell one-time cards. Check the back of your card or ask the cashier where you purchased it.
Where can I use my LectriCash card?
You can use it at EV chargers that are partnered with LectriCash. The app will show participating stations as we expand.
What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is not linked to an account, it works like cash and may not be recoverable. Linking it in the app adds extra protection.
Does the card ever expire?
Expiration and dormancy rules depend on your region. Check the terms printed on the back of your card and in the app.
Can I see my balance and charging history?
Yes. When you create a LectriCash account and link your card, you can see remaining balance and past sessions in the app.
Is this a credit card or loan?
No. LectriCash is prepaid only—there is no interest, no credit check, and you can only spend what you load.
Can businesses or fleets use LectriCash?
Yes. Companies can load cards for employees, set budgets, and track usage, making it easier to cover EV charging for work trips.
